Consultation Policy

1. What consultations include

A standard consultation session with Master Kai includes:

• Review of your BaZi Four Pillars chart (year, month, day, hour)
• Day Master strength assessment (身强身弱)
• Favorable and unfavorable element analysis (用神忌神)
• 10 Gods interpretation across all pillars
• Hidden stems analysis
• Current luck pillar (大运) overview
• Yearly forecast for the current and upcoming year
• Career and relationship guidance based on chart patterns
• Practical recommendations for timing major decisions

1.1 Extended consultations

Extended sessions may additionally cover:

• Feng Shui audit for your home or business (requires floor plan and compass readings)
• Compatibility analysis for partnerships or marriage
• Date selection (择日) for important events
• Name analysis (姓名学) if relevant

2. Booking and payment

2.1 How to book

Consultations are booked through our website. You will:

1. Select your preferred consultation type and duration
2. Choose an available time slot from Master Kai’s calendar
3. Provide your birth details (date, time, place, gender) at least 48 hours before the session
4. Complete payment via Stripe to confirm your booking

2.2 Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot
• We accept credit/debit cards through Stripe
• All fees are quoted in USD and include applicable taxes where required
• A detailed receipt will be emailed to you upon payment

2.3 Session format

• Virtual sessions: Conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp video call
• In-person sessions: Available by arrangement in select locations
• Duration: Standard sessions are 60 minutes; extended sessions are 90 minutes
• Language: English, Mandarin Chinese (中文), or Thai (ไทย) as requested

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

3.1 Cancellation by you

• More than 48 hours before: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee
• 24–48 hours before: 50% refund or one free reschedule
• Less than 24 hours before: No refund, but you may reschedule once for a $25 fee
• No-show: No refund, no reschedule without full rebooking

3.2 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your consultation:

• Up to 24 hours before the session at no charge (one time)
• Additional reschedules incur a $25 administrative fee
• Rescheduled appointments must be within 30 days of the original date

3.3 Cancellation by us

In the rare event that Master Kai must cancel:

• You will receive a full refund, or
• You may reschedule at no additional cost, or
• You may convert the session value to account credit for future services

We will notify you as soon as possible and offer these options.

4. What consultations are NOT

Specifically, consultations do not provide:

• Medical diagnosis, treatment, or health advice
• Legal counsel or representation
• Financial investment advice or tax planning
• Psychological therapy or mental health treatment
• Guarantees about future outcomes
• Supernatural or magical solutions

For matters in these areas, please consult qualified professionals.

5. Confidentiality

Your privacy is paramount:

• All birth data and personal information shared during consultations is kept strictly confidential
• We do not share, sell, or disclose consultation details to third parties
• Case studies or testimonials are only used with your explicit written consent
• Consultation notes are stored securely and retained for 2 years for reference

6. Recording policy

• By us: We do not record consultations without your explicit consent
• By you: You may take notes during the session. Audio or video recording by you is permitted only with Master Kai’s prior consent
• If recording is agreed upon, a written consent form will be provided

7. Written report

Within 7 business days after your consultation, you will receive:

• A summary of key findings from your chart analysis
• Favorable element recommendations
• Practical action items discussed during the session
• Relevant dates and timing windows

The report is provided in PDF format via email and is for your personal use only.

8. Follow-up questions

After your consultation:

• You may submit up to 3 follow-up questions via email within 14 days
• Follow-up responses are provided within 3 business days
• Follow-ups are limited to clarifications of the original consultation, not new analyses
• Additional follow-up sessions must be booked separately

9. Feng Shui consultations (extended)

For Feng Shui audits, additional requirements apply:

• You must provide an accurate floor plan (hand-drawn or architectural)
• Compass readings (精确度数) of the main door direction are required
• Construction year of the building must be provided
• Virtual audits require clear photos or video walkthrough of the space
• Recommendations are based on classical San He and San Yuan methodology

10. Dispute resolution

If you are dissatisfied with your consultation:

1. Contact us within 7 days of your session
2. Describe your concerns in detail
3. We will review and respond within 5 business days
4. Where appropriate, we may offer a partial credit or complimentary follow-up session

This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.
